1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Generally, orders are received within 7 to 10 days.


2. What if I have two or more of the same letter in my name? Will I receive duplicates of the same characters?

No, Alphazoo includes several different animals in various colors and poses for every letter. The artist personally selects the characters so that no two letters will be exactly the same.


3. What if I accidentally misspell the name in my order? Can I return it?

Because of the personalized nature, returns are not accepted for spelling mistakes. It is important to verify the spelling before placing the order, however, corrections will be made if you notify us by email within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Please include your order # in the email.


4. What if my order is damaged during delivery?

We package our orders with great care, but should your order arrive damaged, simply email us within 48 hours and we will see that the problem is solved to your satisfaction.


5. What is an Alphazoo signed print?

Each letter of Alphazoo was designed and drawn by the creator of Alphazoo, Jennifer Swayze. Each letter was then hand painted in watercolor. The entire Alphabet was copyrighted and can now be reproduced and arranged to form individual, high-quality color prints. The finished piece is then signed by the artist for authenticity.


6. Can Alphazoo prints be customized to match a particular color scheme?

Yes, when ordering, you may choose either a bright color scheme or a pastel color scheme to customize your order.


7. Will I be able to select the characters I want to spell my name?

Not exactly, but you may specify if the recipient is male or female to help the artist in her selection of characters.
